3. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, send our agent a counter-notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

We will send your counter-notice to that person and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
4. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

For trademark, privacy, likeness or intimate-imagery complaints, see the reporting section of our Acceptable Use Policy. We act on removal requests for intimate imagery within 48 hours.
